When you want to return the products for any reason, the first thing you need to do is to notify us of your return request within 24 hours from the date you received the products, by e-mail or by directly contacting the contact number. (Installed products are not refundable)
After we receive your return request, Norm Medikal Ltd. Şti. will provide you with a return.
You must send the product in its original packaging and with the invoice. You can send the products back to us with the cargo company we have contracted with.
*** A return invoice must be issued for the return of invoiced sales issued on behalf of the company.
Within 14 days from the receipt of the products, the return process is made with the way you paid.
Note: Round Trip Shipping Costs Are Paid By The Buyer. Only the Product Price is Refunded to the Buyer.
Important: For the Special Production Products that are not in stock, the remaining amount is refunded by calculating the labor and fabric fee.
General Return Conditions
Refunds are not accepted after assembly.Returns must be made with the original box and packaging.Returns of products with damaged original boxes / packaging, incomplete, damaged and lost reusability are not accepted.The original invoice must be sent to us together with the product you want to return.
